Agency Check is a comprehensive platform designed to bring transparency and trust to the foreign employment industry in Nepal. The application serves as a bridge between job seekers and recruitment agencies, effectively allowing users to discover verified agencies, ensuring safety, and enabling experienced workers to share honest, community-driven reviews.

Responsibilities: This project was developed to address the lack of centralized, reliable information regarding manpower agencies. I served as the Lead Full-Stack Developer, architecting the solution from the ground up to ensure scalability, performance, and user trust.
Throughout the project development, I:
- Architected the Full-Stack Solution: leveraged Next.js 16 with Server Components to build a highly performant and SEO-friendly application.
- Designed a Modern UI/UX: Utilized Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI to create a clean, responsive, and accessible interface that builds user confidence.
- Implemented Secure Backend Services: Integrated Supabase for robust authentication and real-time database capabilities, managing user roles (Seekers vs. Workers).
- Developed Core Features: Built complex workflows including Agency Search/Filtering, Community Reviews, and a Verification System to flag legitimate businesses.
- Engineered Data Aggregation: Created custom scraping scripts to synchronize and populate the database with real-world agency data.
- Added Internationalization: Implemented full functional support for multiple languages (English & Nepali) to serve the target demographic effectively.
